Talk Sessions on Suicide Featured

The Chief Coroner released stats around suicide which are at their highest level since records began 12 years ago.

They show in the year to 30 June, 685 people died by suicide, 17 more than the year prior, they also show the number of teenagers dying between the ages of 15 and 19 increased from 53 last year to 73.

We wanted to hear stories of hope, how to survive when things are tough. We started by chatting with Katarina Gordon the Suicide Prevention Manager at Lifeline.
