There's been a growing trend toward vegetarianism and veganism, eating organic, keto, also the word flexitarian has come up in recent times too. We are so much more aware of what we eat these days but is it starting to become obsessive or is it justified and we do need to re-think our current diet?

We started by talking with Claire Turnbull, Healthy Food Guide Nutritionist.

Healthy eating can definitely go too far, as with any good thing can become an idol.

I struggled with this after a healthy eating module at school &I became obsessed! Developed orthorexia at 11 and was admitted to hospital for anorexia.

Praise God for his ways and showing me that Jesus is the only way of perfection.Joy can only be found following his ways!

Ecclesiastes 9:7
