Breakfast with Holly & Dan 6-10am

Shortbread

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup plain flour

3 tbs. cornflour

3 tbs. icing sugar

 Method

Preheat oven to 180C. Mix altogether in a blender. Press into baking tray lined with baking paper, bake for 30 minutes.
